The reality we are confronted with is of a rapidly-growing community experiencing some unique growing pains.

We believe at TBI that every project is a representation (and hopefully the realization) of a dream. Lost in the wash of the mad frenzy of building in Northern Nevada is relationship development between contractor and client. An undeniable sense of accountability to our community is the springboard from which we take action. We firmly believe that developing and nurturing relationships with our clients is the bedrock of building and positively contributing to this community. The two most important questions we pose to our clients are: Who are you? And: Why this? Then, and only then if we’ve found common understanding, we’ll move forward into the details of the project itself.
