Let’s face it, finding the right general contractor, like so many things in life, is complicated. Walking onto a job-site for the first time, confronted with an in-process project, can be beyond overwhelming. The sheer volume of seemingly individual and unique, yet somehow interconnected components can be staggering. With that said, the only effective means we’ve discovered to make sense of the chaos is to simplify it all to the simplest action we can take: the right one.
We believe that responsibility to community is the absolute foundation for lasting and meaningful relationships. Integrity is the first core promise we make and adhere to in order to meet that responsibility. At the outset, we will show you, rather than tell you, what integrity means to us. At an initial consultation, we’ll first address who we all are, and why this project. We want to discover what aspects of our clients’ identities compel them to pursue this dream. Upon discovery of the who and the why of it all, we’ll honestly assess and discuss whether we are capable of working together as partners.
Try to be Everything to Everyone, End up as Nothing to Nobody
We aren’t in business to be everything to everyone, and we certainly aren’t in business to force a partnership that seems doomed to struggle because of divergent expectations. We started this business out of an unshakeable belief that we were the ones to build a better way in Northern Nevada while realizing profitability for ourselves and our employees. Our desire is to serve as the model and benchmark in the construction industry in Northern Nevada for how to do things the right way. We cannot make positive contributions to our community, to Northern Nevada, without profitability. Furthermore, we will fall far short of serving as the positive role model for our industry peers to follow if we do not demonstrate a profitable business model.
Fit is Everything
We believe that profitability is simply the consequence of right actions guided by integrity—it is never the exclusive driving force behind our decision making. With that said, we will not force a relationship with a client that demonstrates irreconcilable inconsistencies from the outset. In such a circumstance, we will be happy to provide references to any number of trustworthy industry peers who we feel may be capable of more closely aligning with client expectations.
Any construction project, from the backyard deck to the sprawling commercial shopping development, poses a substantial investment. Your money matters to us. Therefore, integrity means that getting what you pay for is the starting point, rather than the goal post. Our role in a partnership is to be the expert by your side, every step of the way.
